人和动物体内微量元素对机体的重要生理作用以及它对病理过程的影响问题,已日益引起人们的注意。食管癌在我国具有地域分布特征。关于食管癌高、低发区粮食和居民体内、食管癌患者和正常人血清、头发与食管癌组织微量元素含量的分析已有报道。为探索微量元素在食管癌病因与发病过程中的作用,我们测定了食管癌及其上、下切端相应食管组织中锌、铜、钼、锰和镁的含量,发现存在一定差异。
The important physiological effects of trace elements in humans and animals on the body and its impact on pathological processes have attracted increasing attention. Esophageal cancer has a geographical distribution in our country. The analysis of trace element contents in serum, hair, and esophageal cancer tissue in patients with high and low incidence of esophageal cancer, in vivo and esophageal cancer, and normal human serum, hair, and esophageal cancer has been reported. In order to explore the role of trace elements in the etiology and pathogenesis of esophageal cancer, we determined the levels of zinc, copper, molybdenum, manganese, and magnesium in esophageal cancer and corresponding esophageal tissues at the superior and inferior ends of the esophagus and found that there were some differences.
