患者卜某,女性,43岁。因四肢抽搐,昏迷20分钟于77年4月13日下午5时入院。患者在该日下午4时许突然四肢抽搐,神志不清,被人扶住而未倒地,未呕吐,二便无失禁,约20分钟抬入院。患者63年患高血压病,70年12月有高血压脑动脉痉挛昏倒抽搐同样病史,71年4月在上海拟诊为原发性高血压病、冠心病,76年4月患急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎,76年7月肝炎曾复发。体检:卧位,没昏迷状,血压200/120毫米汞柱,体温36.5℃,脉搏76次/分。口角稍左歪,瞳孔等大、圆,对光反射存在。颈软,胸廓对称,心界稍左移,心率68次/分,律齐,A_2>P_2,余无病理性杂
