１ ％ ～１００ ％ 浓度的 黄芪水煎液对大鼠 离体小肠平滑肌 条和近端结肠纵行 肌条、环行肌条 以及远端结肠环行肌条的收缩活动无 明显 影响， 但 可明 显减 弱远 端 结肠 纵行 肌条 的 收缩 波平 均振 幅。酚 妥拉 明、 Ｌ Ｎ Ｎ Ａ 可部分阻断黄芪对远端结肠纵行肌条的抑制效 应，心得 安、消炎 痛则无 明显影 响，提示 黄芪的 这种作 用可能部分通过肾上腺素能α受体和 Ｎ Ｏ 途径。
The decoction of Astragalus membranaceus from 1% to 100% concentration had no significant effect on contractile activity of isolated small intestinal smooth muscle strips, longitudinal muscle strips of proximal colon, circular muscle strips, and distal colonic muscle strips, but it was significantly weakened. The average amplitude of the contraction wave in the longitudinal muscle strip of the end colon. Phentolamine and LNNA can partially block the inhibitory effect of Astragalus membranaceus on distal colon longitudinal muscle strips. Propranolol and indomethacin have no significant effect, suggesting that this effect of Astragalus may partly through adrenergic α Receptors and N O pathways.
