Cross-cultural communication refers to the different cultural backgrounds of communication between individuals,that is people from different cultural backgrounds of the interaction between what happened.“The Joy Luck Club”considers Chinese American,a special“the other”image,as the object,proceeding from the relationship between mother and daughter from different cultural backgrounds,with a view to look at the cultural conflict and integration under the global view to discuss the difference and communication between Chinese and eastern culture.Therefore,it has an important meaning for us to research crosscultural communication.
