山水画是中国绘画艺术的重要组成部分,也是世界文化艺术宝库中的瑰宝。据考证,战国之前,中国山水画的原始形象就已产生。魏晋时期,山水画发展成一门独立的画种;唐代时期山水画已具有很高的艺术价值。前人在长期的实践中不仅掌握了色彩与水墨的用法,而且还在着色上将山水画划分为青绿、浅绛和螺青,使中国山水画在定型的色彩模式下发展。中国山水画色彩以笔墨为主要手段,不拘泥于自然色彩的还原,注重在体现自然的同时,根据主体思想的需要抒发色彩情感、增强色调的感染力,将自然的本质与主体思想相融合,是具体与抽象、外向观察与内向体验、模仿与表现、自然美与精神美的统一。
