以壳聚糖和壳聚糖季铵盐为微胶囊制备的壁材原料,利用自制气-液微流控装置,采用单凝聚法制备了尺寸稳定、大小均一、粒径分布较窄的壳聚糖-壳聚糖季铵盐微胶囊。对微胶囊的合成条件气、液相速度、接收液浓度、壳聚糖和壳聚糖季铵盐质量浓度及其配比等进行了研究,并对所制备的微胶囊进行了酸碱和离子稳定性测试,对其载药性能进行了初步研究。结果表明:在气流速度为0.5~0.8L/min、液相速度为3mL/h、接收液浓度为2%、壳聚糖和壳聚糖季铵盐质量比1∶1时,可制得大小均一、粒径分布窄的微胶囊,微胶囊具有良好的酸碱稳定性、离子稳定性。微胶囊对水杨酸具有较好的包埋效果和释放作用。
