振动堆焊是机械零件的重要修复工艺,但由于使用了高硬度和高强度材料,焊后硬度往往高达HRC50左右,加之焊层薄,内部呈现微孔,表面几何形状不规则,切削余量小,焊层硬度不均等原因,用一般切削刀具来加工十分困难,而且难以获得较高的表面光洁度。为寻求简单经济的加工方法,原农机部在1978年给我院下达了“修复零件机械加工刀具研究”的科研任务。
