非甾体抗炎药(non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs简称NSAID)具有抗炎、退热、镇痛、消肿的药理作用,同时有不同程度的抗血小板聚集、降低血液粘稠度的作用,可用以防止血栓形成,预防心肌梗塞和脑血栓。这些药有的是应用多年的传统药,如阿司匹林、消炎痛和保泰松;有的系晚近合成并已在临床使用,如布洛芬(Ibuprofen)、萘普生(Naproxen)、苯氧苯丙酸(Fenoprofen)等;还有的是尚在研究阶段的一大批药,如Tolmentin,Diclofenac、(Voltaren),Sulindac(Clinoril),Diflunisol,Flubiprofen,IndoProfen,Proxicam,Piprofen,Proquazone等。NSAID在临床上的应用有越来越普遍的趋势,但都有一定的毒性反应,
