目的:探讨不同血液净化方式对慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者体内糖基化终产物(advanced glycationend products,AGEs)的清除效果。方法:100例慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者,根据治疗方式分为血液透析组(HD组)与血液透析滤过组(HDF组),检测患者单次治疗前后血清AGEs水平,对其清除效果进行临床分析。结果:HD组患者血清AGEs水平从治疗前(69.87±9.24)μg/mL降至治疗后(66.91±8.95)μg/mL;HDF组患者血清AGEs水平从治疗前(68.93±8.21)μg/mL降至治疗后(26.57±5.22)μg/mL;单次HDF治疗后血清AGEs水平较透析前均明显下降(P<0.01),而单次HD治疗透析前后血清AGEs水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。透析后血清AGEs水平HDF组明显低于HD组(P<0.01)。结论:血液透析滤过是清除慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者体内AGEs的重要途径。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different blood purification methods on advanced glycation end products (AGEs) in maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure. Methods: One hundred patients with maintenance hemodialysis of chronic renal failure were divided into hemodialysis group (HD group) and hemodiafiltration group (HDF group) according to the way of treatment. Serum AGEs levels were measured before and after treatment, Perform clinical analysis. Results: The level of serum AGEs in HD group decreased from 69.87 ± 9.24 μg / mL before treatment to 66.91 ± 8.95 μg / mL after treatment, while the level of serum AGEs in HDF group decreased from 68.93 ± 8.21 μg / mL before treatment (26.57 ± 5.22) μg / mL after treatment; the levels of serum AGEs decreased significantly after single HDF treatment compared with that before dialysis (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference in serum AGEs level between before and after dialysis treatment (P> 0.05). Serum AGEs levels after dialysis HDF group was significantly lower than HD group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Hemodiafiltration is an important way to clear AGEs in maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.
