日本鹿儿岛大学金泽昭夫等人,于1976年对日本对虾Penaeus japonicus在脱皮期间,体内类脂和胆固醇的含量变化进行了研究。脱皮阶段按Drach的测定方法分为:脱皮后期(用AB表示),脱皮中期(用c表示)和脱皮前期(用D表示)。按着这三个不同的时期,把对虾分成三个组(每组5只对虾)。然后,从每只对虾的身上,把下列器官和组织摘除下来;象肌肉,消化腺(肝),眼柄(包括眼睛),皮下组织,外壳,消化器官,心脏,
