观察青年大鼠 (3月龄 )与老年大鼠 (2 4月龄 )伤口愈合过程中血液及伤口组织TNFα 的变化。结果发现 ,老年大鼠伤口愈合时间明显迟于青年大鼠。青年大鼠伤口愈合过程中血浆肿瘤坏死因子 (TNFα)在第 3d开始升高至 (0 74± 0 11)ng/L ,第 7d时升高至 (0 92± 0 15)ng/L ,与实验前相比分别P <0 0 5,P <0 0 1。而老年大鼠TNFα的升高在伤口第 3d变化不大 ,第 7d有显著意义 ,它的变化晚于青年组。伤口组织TNFα 的结果也表明青年组在伤口第 7dTNFα 明显升高 ,虽然老年组也有升高趋势 ,但低于同期的青年组水平。提示老年组伤口愈合困难可能与主要产生TNFα 的巨噬细胞功能降低有关 ,巨噬细胞释放的细胞因子水平下降 ,使组织的修复发生障碍。
The changes of TNFα in blood and wound tissues during the wound healing of young rats (3 months old) and old rats (24 months old) were observed. The results showed that the wound healing time of aged rats was significantly later than that of young rats. The level of plasma tumor necrosis factor (TNF) increased to (0 74 ± 0 11) ng / L at the beginning of 3d and increased to (0 92 ± 0 15) ng / L on the 7th day in young rats, P <0 05, P <0.01 before the experiment. However, the increase of TNFα in the aged rats did not change much at the 3rd day of the wound, and was significant at the 7th day. The change of TNFα was later than that of the young group. Results of wound tissue TNFα also showed that the level of TNFα was significantly increased in the young group on the 7th day of the wound. Although the elderly group also had an increasing trend, it was lower than the level of the young group in the same period. It is suggested that the difficulty of wound healing in elderly group may be related to the decrease of the function of macrophages that produce TNFα mainly. The levels of cytokines released by macrophages decrease and the repair of tissues will be impaired.
