在市场经济不断向前发展的过程中,公司获得了更多的自主经营权,因而企业的内部制度也存在一定差异。在我国市场经济环境不断得到完善的整体环境下,市场的开放性越来越大,使得人们的价值观受到了一定程度的影响。因而对于公司来说,通过加强员工政治思想教育工作的方式来提高其政治思想水平成为了一项非常重要的工作。文章首先介绍了新时期我国公司员工政治思想工作的特点并分析了存在的问题,然后针对性地提出了提升公司员工政治思想水平的策略。
In the continuous development of the market economy, the company gained more autonomy, so the internal system of the enterprise also has some differences. With the continuous improvement of the market economy environment in our country, the market is becoming more and more open and people’s values have been affected to a certain extent. Therefore, it is a very important task for the company to improve its political and ideological level by strengthening the political and ideological education of employees. The article first introduces the characteristics of the political and ideological work of employees in our country in the new era and analyzes the existing problems, and then puts forward some strategies to improve the political and ideological level of employees.
