在企业里,创新意识是指员工主动发现问题、积极探求解决问题的思路、方法,从而充分发挥自己的潜能的一种心理取向。创新意识是进行创新活动的出发点和内在动力,是创新思维和创新能力的前提,也是形成创新能力的基础。本文从员工思想障碍、机制完善、产学研结合以及构建创新平台等方面,结合中原油田基层单位开展创新活动实例,阐述了企业、领导者和员工三者如何在创新活动中形成合力。
In the enterprise, the innovation consciousness refers to a kind of psychological orientation that the staff take the initiative to discover the problem and actively explore the ways and means of solving the problem so as to give full play to their potential. The sense of innovation is the starting point and inner motivation of carrying out innovation activities, which is the precondition of creative thinking and innovative ability, and also the basis of forming innovative ability. In this paper, the employees from ideological obstacles, improve the mechanism, combining production and research as well as building innovation platform, combined with the grass-roots units of Zhongyuan Oilfield to carry out examples of innovation activities, elaborated on how business, leaders and employees in the creative activities together to form a synergy.
