随着生产建设的需要,农民协议工作为煤炭企业生产一线的主要力量之一,长期以来为国家的经济建设和煤矿的发展做出了积极贡献。但是,在我们最近对我矿广大农民协议工进行的工作、思想状况调查中,发现农民协议工入会率偏低的现象十分突出,这不得不让我们对这一现象加以深层的剖析。 With the needs of production and construction, the agreement on peasants’ work is one of the major front-line forces for coal enterprises and has made a positive contribution to the country’s economic construction and the development of coal mines for a long time. However, in our recent survey on the work and ideological conditions of the peasants’ contract workers in our mine, we found that the phenomenon of the low rate of participation of peasant workers in labor agreements is very prominent. This has forced us to make a deep analysis of this phenomenon.
