最近,中国石油企业两宗国际并购备受关注。中海油出资185亿美元竞购优尼科石油公司,结果被出价170亿美元的雪佛龙抢得;中国石油集团报价41.8亿美元收购在加拿大注册的哈萨克斯坦石油公司,已获后者董事会接受,只等其股东大会三分之二以上的赞成票通过就算完成。这两宗并购案,虽结局有别,但都是中国石油企业在国际化道路上的有益探索,经验和教训都是宝贵的财富。对并购结果,我们不妨以平常心待之,勿以一时一事论成败。
