在土地获取的渠道公平化以后,资本在整个产业的地位将上升,房地产行业融资渠道多元化进程将加快。土地获取渠道的全面透明化,也为国际资本全面进入中国房地产市场清除了障碍,中国的房地产有望在市场规范的前提下,迎来新一轮发展的高潮。
After the fair access to land, the position of capital in the industry as a whole will rise, and the diversification of financing channels in the real estate industry will be accelerated.
