目的观察槐耳不同提取部位对人胃癌MKN-45细胞增殖的影响,并筛选其有效部位。方法用系统溶剂法将槐耳提取为石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、乙醇、水五个部位后,用CCK-8显色法,检测不同部位不同浓度的槐耳醇提取物对MKN-45增殖的作用。结果槐耳石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、乙醇部位为抗肿瘤有效部位,其中以正丁醇部位效果最佳,其对MKN-45细胞半数抑制率(IC50)为56.142μg·m L-1。结论槐耳醇提物能抑制人胃癌MKN-45细胞增殖,其最有效部位为槐耳正丁醇部位。
Objective To observe the effects of different extract parts of Huai Er on the proliferation of human gastric cancer MKN-45 cells and screen the effective sites. Methods The system solvent method was used to extract petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol, ethanol and water. The CCK-8 colorimetric method was used to detect the effects of different concentrations of different extracts of Sophorae alkaloids on MKN -45 proliferation of the role. The results showed that petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and ethanol were the effective antitumor sites, of which n-butanol was the best, and the IC50 of MKN-45 cells was 56.142μg · m L -1. Conclusion The extract of Sophora japonica L. can inhibit the proliferation of human gastric cancer MKN-45 cells. The most effective site is Hua-n-Butanol.
