2016年是“十三五”规划和全面建成小康社会决胜阶段的开局之年,是中国经济推进结构性改革的攻坚之年,也是邮政加快企业转型升级的关键之年。集团公司工作会议强调,要深入贯彻落实党的十八大和十八届三中、四中、五中全会及中央经济工作会议精神,以五大发展理念为指引,加快转变发展方式、加快调整业务结构、加快打造新的增长极,着力推进转型升级,做强、做优、做大中国邮政。
2016 marks the first year of the “13th Five-Year Plan” and the decisive phase of building a well-off society in an all-round way. It is also a crucial year for China’s economy to promote structural reforms and also a crucial year for the postal administration to speed up its transformation and upgrading. The working conference of the Group Company emphasized that we must thoroughly implement the spirit of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the 3rd, 4th and 5th Plenary Sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the Central Economic Work Conference, guided by the Five Development Concepts, speed up the transformation of the mode of development and accelerate the adjustment of business Structure and speeding up the construction of a new growth pole. We will make every effort to promote transformation and upgrading, strengthen and improve the quality of China’s postal services.
