本刊讯(李明爽报道)为规范水产苗种产地检疫工作,防止水生动物疫病传播,近日,广西渔业部门发布通知,对苗种产地检疫工作的重要意义、实施主体、办理委托检疫手续、检疫规程、收费标准以及监督管理等内容进行说明。通知指出,广西区水产苗种产地检疫原则上由各级动物卫生监督机构委托同级水产技术推广机构负责实施。动物卫生监督机构和水产技术推广机构要严格按照规定办理水产苗种产地检疫委托手续。委托书签订后,由动物卫生监督机构报其上一级水产畜牧兽医主管部门和同级人民政府法制工作机构备案。水产苗种产地检疫实施属地检疫,属地管理。出售或者运输的水产苗种
