基于风险交流和交易成本理论的分析框架,笔者以我国2015年沪深及港股上市公司的数据为样本,研究了食品企业破产风险的致因和形成机理。结果表明:有效的风险交流有助于降低食品企业的破产风险,相对于资产专用性投资较低的企业,高资产专用性的企业更倾向于选择建立积极有效的协调环境来保证食品安全。研究丰富了风险交流与破产风险领域的文献,对食品企业降低破产风险具有重要的借鉴意义。
Based on the analysis framework of risk exchange and transaction cost theory, the author studied the causes and formation mechanism of the bankruptcy risks of food enterprises based on the data of China’s listed companies in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong stocks in 2015. The results show that effective exchange of risk helps to reduce the risk of bankruptcy in food enterprises. Compared with those with low investment in specific assets, high-asset-specific enterprises prefer to establish a positive and effective coordination environment to ensure food safety. Studying the literature that enriches the fields of risk communication and bankruptcy has important reference for the food enterprises to reduce the risk of bankruptcy.
