目的探讨经阴道超声检查诊断异位妊娠的操作手法及相关性问题。方法经阴道超声探查盆腔,并以超声探头和用手经腹协调运动操作。结果不同类型的异位妊娠其超声声像图表现各具特征。结论阴道超声检查并以超声探头结合用手经腹协调运动操作可准确检查出异常包块,为临床异位妊娠的诊断及鉴别诊断提供依据。 Objective To investigate the operative methods and related problems of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Transvaginal ultrasonography was used to probe the pelvis, and ultrasound operation was performed with the ultrasound probe and abdominal hand movement. Results Different types of ectopic pregnancy have their sonographic features. Conclusions Vaginal ultrasonography and ultrasound probe combined with hand-abdominal exercise can be accurately detected abnormal mass, for clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy to provide the basis.
