一、前言冷轧薄板厂从西德引进的热镀锌机组,是我国具有七十年代先进水平的第一条发展了的森吉米尔法连续热镀锌机组。该机组全线自动控制,机组最大速度为150米/分,年产15万吨,采用了目前世界上几乎所有最先进的镀锌工艺和设备,如无氧化加热炉、陶瓷感应锌锅、气刀法控制镀层厚度、锌层退火炉、锌花抑制器和光正机等。该机组于1979年4月中旬和8月底分别进行了冷热负荷试车和连续72小时的试生产考核。第一阶段要求在冷负荷状态试车合格,然后进入热负荷状态试车,从而确定合理的工艺参数,以期得到合同所规定钢种的合格的镀锌板。
