杭州空心砖厂积极开展科学实验,利用工业废料——粉煤灰,经过多次试验,试制成功一种新型墙体材料——硅酸盐空心砌块。实践证明:用石灰、粉煤灰、煤渣、石膏混合成型脱模蒸养是能够制成硅酸盐空心砌块的。通过试制所选定的配比为:石灰13%、石膏2%、粉煤灰35%、煤渣50%,经蒸养的试块强度,当天为180~200公斤/平方厘米;七天为210~220公斤/平方厘米。试制时所采用的产品规格为880×410×190毫米,空心率为33%。自然容重在1100公斤/立方米以下,软化系数为0.84。按表面积计算相当于标准砖6.5块。
Hangzhou Hollow Brick Factory actively carried out scientific experiments, using industrial waste - fly ash, after a number of tests, a new type of wall material - silicate hollow blocks. Practice has proved that the use of lime, fly ash, coal slag, gypsum mixed molding stripping steam curing can be made of silicate hollow block. The ratios selected through trial production are: lime 13%, gypsum 2%, fly ash 35%, coal residue 50%, strength of steamed test blocks, 180-200 kg/cm2 for the day; 210 days for seven days 220 kg/cm2. The product specifications used in trial production were 880×410×190 mm and the hollow ratio was 33%. The natural bulk density is below 1100 kg/cubic meter and the softening coefficient is 0.84. According to the surface area equivalent to the standard brick 6.5 block.
