针对应力吸收层沥青混合料抗剪性能评价方法的不足,在相关研究的基础上提出了评价应力吸收层沥青混合料高温性能的贯入试验方法。分析了试验温度、加载速率、沥青结合料类型、矿料级配等对试验结果的影响,提出了适宜的试验条件和评价指标。结果表明:试验条件采用60℃温度,2mm/min的加载速率较为合理,而破坏模量可表征应力吸收层沥青混合料的抗剪强度和变形综合性能,破坏荷载可反映抗剪强度。研究成果为应力吸收层沥青混合料的质量控制及实际推广应用提供了试验依据。
Aiming at the deficiency of the method of evaluating shear resistance of asphalt mixture with stress absorption layer, a penetration test method to evaluate the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture is proposed based on the related research. The effects of test temperature, loading rate, type of asphalt binder and gradation of ore material on the test results were analyzed. Suitable test conditions and evaluation indexes were put forward. The results show that the loading temperature of 60 ℃ and loading rate of 2mm / min is reasonable. The failure modulus can be used to characterize the shear strength and deformation performance of asphalt mixture with stress-absorbing layer. The failure load can reflect the shear strength. The research results provide the experimental basis for the quality control of asphalt mixture with stress absorbing layer and its practical popularization and application.
