要想使农业史研究得到持续而稳定的发展就离不开农业史教育。美国建国的历史虽短,但它是世界上最早开展农业史教育的国家之一。农业史的教学在今天的美国尽管仍不普遍,但已形成一定的规模。其中不无我国可以借鉴的经验。本文对美国农业史教育的历史发展作了一般介绍,并以衣阿华州立大学农史研究生计划为范例,详细描述了美国农业史教学的目标、内容和运作的各个环节。希望能有助于促进中美两国间农业史教育的交流与合作。
If we want to make the study of agricultural history sustained and stable development can not be separated from agricultural history education. Although the history of the founding of the United States was short, it was one of the earliest countries in the world to educate the history of agriculture. Teaching of agricultural history in today’s United States, although still not common, but it has formed a certain scale. There is no lack of experience that our country can learn from. This paper gives a general introduction of the history of the development of agricultural history education in the United States. Taking the agricultural graduate program of Iowa State University as an example, this paper describes in detail the objectives, contents and operations of the American agricultural history teaching. It is hoped that this will help to promote exchanges and cooperation in agricultural history education between China and the United States.
