用10μg/ml 的刺五加多糖针剂对本室自建的 S801白血病细胞系进行了干扰素促诱生动力学试验。结果表明刺五加多糖促诱生干扰素动态曲线与不加刺五加多糖的常规诱生曲线均在4~16小时渐升,20~24小时达高峰,然后渐降。但在各相应时间的促诱生干扰素效价均明显比常规诱生组为高,证明刺五加多糖具有促诱生干扰素效应,其效应最佳时间在20~24小时。
Using 10μg/ml Acanthopanax senticosus injection, the self-built S801 leukemia cell line was subjected to an interferon-promoted kinetics test. The results showed that both the dynamic curve of Acanthopanax Scutellariae polysaccharide-promoting interferon and the conventional induction curve of Acanthopanax senticosus were gradually increased in 4 to 16 hours, peaked in 20 to 24 hours, and then gradually decreased. However, the elicited interferon titers were significantly higher than those in conventional inducing groups at each corresponding time, demonstrating that Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharides have the effect of promoting the induction of interferon, and the optimal time of effect is 20-24 hours.
