目的放射诊疗安全关系医疗市场安全和广大人民群众的生命健康权益,为了有效防止可能造成的放射性危害因素,从而进一步营建安全有序的放射诊疗环境。方法以现场检测和现场检查的方式,对上海市某区内一级以上及就诊率较高的民营和个体的放射诊疗机构放射工作场所进行现场抽检,并对放射防护设施落实情况进行监督检查。结果抽检了18家放射诊疗机构,被抽检单位的放射防护水平均符合国家相关要求,诊疗安全工作开展情况良好。结论各放射诊疗机构的相关负责人应高度重视,认真开展自查自纠工作,强化放射防护意识,有效地防范放射性危害的发生。
Objectives Radiological diagnosis and treatment safety are closely related to the safety of the medical market and the lives and health of the broad masses of people. In order to effectively prevent possible radioactive hazards, we will further establish a safe and orderly radiotherapy and treatment environment. Methods On-site and on-site inspection were conducted to conduct on-the-spot sampling of the radiation workplace of privately-owned and individual radiotherapy clinics with a first-class or higher-priority rate in a certain district of Shanghai and to supervise and inspect the implementation of the radiological protection facilities. Results 18 radiological clinics were sampled and the level of radiation protection of the sampled units was in line with the relevant national requirements. The medical and safety work was carried out in good condition. Conclusion The relevant responsible persons of radiotherapy clinics should attach great importance to earnestly carry out self-examination and self-correction work, strengthen the awareness of radiological protection and effectively prevent the occurrence of radioactive hazards.
