近年来,随着网络新媒体平台的迅猛发展,社会舆论环境更加多元、复杂。在这一背景下,教育网络舆情的发生、发展也呈现新的特征。本报告选取2014~2015年1040起教育网络舆情事件予以分析,并简要剖析了十起有重大影响的教育网络舆情案例。报告认为,教育领域现象级舆情增多,并更加综合、复杂化,海内外教育舆情“共振”效应明显,舆论话语权逐渐去中心化。基于教育网络舆情的现状和特点,报告对教育部门、传播媒介和公众如何建构理性的教育舆论生态提出一些建议。
In recent years, with the rapid development of new media platforms on the Internet, the environment for public opinion is more diverse and complex. In this context, the occurrence and development of public opinion in education network also show new characteristics. This report selects 1040 education public opinion cases from 2014 to 2015 for analysis, and briefly analyzes ten cases of public opinion on education network that have a significant impact. The report argues that phenomenon-level public opinion in education has increased and is more comprehensive and complicated. Public opinion and public opinion at home and abroad have obvious effects of “resonance”, and the voice of public opinion has gradually been decentralized. Based on the status quo and characteristics of public opinion on education networks, the report puts forward some suggestions on how the education sector, the mass media and the public should construct a rational ecology of education and public opinion.
