师德是成为一个合格教师的必要条件,是成为一个教师的最重要的素养。《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》中也提到“师德为先”的教育理念。而幼儿园“虐童”、“伤童”等现象却屡屡出现,其根本原因就是教师师德的缺失。高职院校作为幼儿教师培养的主要场所,怎样能够通过改进师德教育,培养出更多符合社会要求的幼儿教师。本文通过对高职院校学前教育专业的师德教育进行深入研究,调查了解在学生师德培养中存在的主要问题,分析原因,提出加强教学过程中切实提高学生师德的对策。
Morality is the necessary condition to become a qualified teacher and the most important accomplishment to become a teacher. “Kindergarten Teachers Professional Standards (Trial)” also mentioned “moral first” educational philosophy. The phenomenon of kindergarten “child abuse ” and “hurting child ” appears frequently. The fundamental reason is the lack of teacher’s morality. As a main venue for the cultivation of kindergarten teachers in higher vocational colleges, how can we cultivate more kindergarten teachers who meet the social requirements through improving their ethics education? Through in-depth study of the pre-school teacher’s professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges, this paper investigates the main problems in the cultivation of student ethics, analyzes the reasons and puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the students’rurnel practicability in the teaching process.
