北大医信的张海冬是在3月17日进入项目组的,当时需求分析的工作已经完成,明确了“冲7”任务并已把任务下发给研发团队(包括开发组、测试组和实施组)。从3月17日到5月9日,一共38个工作日,近8周时间。研发团队按照项目的整体规划,逐周进行工作的落实。第一周,研发团队共收到40件需求单,研发团队首先对40件需求单进行了需求确认。开发团队、测试团队、实施团队和业务组坐在一起,对每个需求进行逐项讨论,有问题的需求当场确定修改方案,确保研发团队各个环节正确理解需求,没有异议,之后制定开发计划。接收需求以后,研发团队并没有直接进行编码,而是开展了功能设计和接口设计。根据需求单,研发团队共编写了18篇功能设计和9篇接口设计。
