杀铃脲是一种新型的昆虫生长调节剂,已应用到农林害虫的综合治理中,并取得了较好的防治效果。研究表明利用杀铃脲防治美国白蛾,可使其幼虫内表皮的组成成份发生改变。利用10ppm或20ppm的杀铃脲处理后的幼虫内表皮的几丁质沉积量,可分别比对照减少17.74%和21.24%,脂肪和灰份的含量也有所增加。利用该药剂处理后,幼虫生长缓慢,头宽、体长和体重均小于对照组,且其体壁缺少硬度,不能在蜕皮、变态过程中给肌肉以足够的支持。这表明杀铃脲具有抑制美国白蛾幼虫体壁的几丁质合成和沉积作用
Tribursal is a new insect growth regulator, has been applied to the comprehensive management of agricultural and forestry pests, and achieved good control effect. Studies have shown that the use of trifolylurea control bollworm can make its larvae change the composition of the inner epidermis. Chitin deposition rates of larval inner skins treated with 10 ppm or 20 ppm triflumuron decreased by 17.74% and 21.24%, respectively, and the contents of fat and ash were also increased. The larvae grew slowly, the head width, the body length and the body weight were all smaller than those of the control group. The body wall of the larvae lacks the hardness and can not provide sufficient muscle support during molting and metamorphosis. This suggests that triflumuron inhibits the chitin synthesis and deposition in the body wall of the American white moth larvae
