本文主要报道了甘蓝型油菜显性细胞核雄性不育两用系 RA1和隐性细胞核雄性不育两用系 RA82的选育过程 ,调查了两用系群体内育性表现。结果表明 ,2个两用系内可育株与不育株的比例均符合 1∶ 1的理论值 ,RA1群体内可育株自交后代均为完全可育 ,而 RA82群体内可育株自交代后代育性分离比例为 3∶ 1。对细胞核雄性不育杂交种主要农艺性状杂种优势率的研究结果表明 ,单株产量、单株角果数通常存在较强的超亲优势和超标优势 ,而每角粒数和千粒重则表现为负向优势。目前已获得显性细胞核雄性不育的恢复基因 ,并获得隐性细胞核雄性不育的优异结合
In this paper, we report the breeding process of dominant genic male sterile line RA1 and recessive nuclear male sterile line RA82 in Brassica napus. The results showed that the ratio of fertile plants to sterile plants in the two lines accorded with the theoretical value of 1: 1. The fertile plants in the RA1 population were completely fertile, while the fertile plants in the RA82 population were The rate of fertility segregation after the explanation is 3: 1.
