细胞核雄性不育杂交油菜选育研究初报

本文主要报道了甘蓝型油菜显性细胞核雄性不育两用系 RA1和隐性细胞核雄性不育两用系 RA82的选育过程 ,调查了两用系群体内育性表现。结果表明 ,2个两用系内可育株与不育株的比例均符合 1∶ 1的理论值 ,RA1群体内可育株自交后代均为完全可育 ,而 RA82群体内可育株自交代后代育性分离比例为 3∶ 1。对细胞核雄性不育杂交种主要农艺性状杂种优势率的研究结果表明 ,单株产量、单株角果数通常存在较强的超亲优势和超标优势 ,而每角粒数和千粒重则表现为负向优势。目前已获得显性细胞核雄性不育的恢复基因 ,并获得隐性细胞核雄性不育的优异结合 In this paper, we report the breeding process of dominant genic male sterile line RA1 and recessive nuclear male sterile line RA82 in Brassica napus.
