内皮间充质转化(EndMT)即内皮细胞在促成纤维刺激下可获得成纤维细胞样表型。EndMT不仅参与人体心脏正常发育,还参与诸多疾病的发生发展。本文就近年来EndMT发生机制及其相关疾病研究进展作一综述,以期为临床相关疾病治疗提供新靶点。
Endothelial-mesenchymal transition (EndMT), an endothelial cell that produces a fibroblast-like phenotype upon fibrogenic stimulation. EndMT not only involved in the normal development of the human heart, but also involved in the development of many diseases. This review summarizes the recent advances in the pathogenesis of EndMT and its related diseases, with a view to providing a new target for the treatment of clinically relevant diseases.
