散热管系汽车散热器的重要零件。由于发动机冷却水流经管内并进行热交换,所以要求散热管有良好的密封性、耐腐蚀性和导热性。目前国内外汽车散热器所采用的散热管,按制造工艺分为锁缝管、无缝管和高频对焊管三种(图1)。但应用较普遍的是锁缝管。锁缝管密封性的好坏,除与材料因素有关外,尚与锁缝的结构和钎料在锁缝内的流动有密切关系。所以这里参照国外有关技术並结合我厂生产实际,探讨一下锁缝管结构问题。
Heat pipe car radiator important parts. As the engine cooling water flows through the tube and heat exchange, so the heat pipe requires good sealing, corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. At present, domestic and foreign automotive radiators used by the heat pipe, according to the manufacturing process is divided into lock seam pipe, seamless pipe and high-frequency welded pipe three (Figure 1). But the more common is the lock pipe. Lock seam pipe sealing is good or bad, in addition to the material factors, but also with the lock seam structure and solder flow in the lock seam are closely related. So here refer to the relevant foreign technology and the actual production of our plant to explore the lock seam pipe structure.
