目的:探讨超声对于甲状腺良恶性病变的鉴别方法。方法:回顾性分析69例经手术及病理证实的甲状腺占位病变患者的声像图特点。结果:甲状腺癌21例,漏诊5例,诊断符合率为76%;良性病变48例,其中3例被被误诊为甲状腺癌,诊断符合率为94%。结论:超声对于甲状腺疾病的诊断具有一定价值及无创快捷的优点,但对于声像图必须综合分析,避免漏诊及误诊。
Objective: To explore the method of differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid lesions. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 69 cases of surgically and pathologically confirmed thyroid lesions lesions in patients with sonographic features. Results: Thyroid cancer in 21 cases, missed diagnosis in 5 cases, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 76%; benign lesions in 48 cases, of which 3 cases were misdiagnosed as thyroid cancer, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 94%. Conclusion: Ultrasound has the value of non-invasive diagnosis of thyroid disease and non-invasive advantages, but the sonographic analysis must be comprehensive to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
