通过对复摆颚式破碎机四杆机构的运动学分析,提出了水平速度特征点和破碎行程比的概念。并基于ADAMS对PE250×400型颚式破碎机进行分析,得出了一个周期内四杆机构两个铰接点B、C的水平速度变化曲线,推导出了水平速度特征点和破碎行程百分比的变化规律,最终绘制出一个周期内破碎行程百分比随时间变化的曲线,即破碎行程特性曲线。该研究为复摆颚式破碎机飞轮的选取提供了理论基础。
Through the kinematics analysis of the four-bar mechanism of compound pendulum jaw crusher, the concept of horizontal velocity feature point and crushing stroke ratio is proposed.
