一个学生的成长过程是由多种因素作用的结果,它包括智力因素和非智力因素。智力因素是学生成长中的关键性因素,但是非智力因素,比如学生的毅力、动力、兴趣等也是不可缺少的因素。随着对学生成长的研究向纵深发展,人们发现非智力比智力因素在学生成长过程中发挥的作用还要大。在初中政治教学活动中引入激励教学法正是对非智力因素重视的考虑,对教学发展和学生的成长都具有理论和现实意义。
A student’s growth process is a result of a variety of factors, including intellectual and non-intellectual factors. Intellectual factors are the key factors in the growth of students, but non-intellectual factors, such as student’s perseverance, motivation, interest and so on, are also indispensable factors. As the research on student growth progresses in depth, it is found that non-intelligence plays a greater role than intellectual factors in the growth of students. Introducing motivational teaching into political teaching activities in junior high schools is the consideration of non-intelligence factors, and has both theoretical and practical significance for the development of teaching and the growth of students.
