合议庭是人民法院代表国家行使审判权的主要组织形式。法官合议制运行的好坏,不仅关系着当事人的合法权益能否得到及时实现,也关系着法官社会形象的好坏,更关系着司法正义能否得到及时实现。
The collegial panel is the main form of organization that the people’s court exercises its judicial power on behalf of the state. The quality of judges ’collegial system is not only related to whether the legitimate rights and interests of the parties can be realized in time, but also the quality of the judges’ social images, and more to the timely realization of judicial justice.
