目的探讨 CCR3和 CXCR4在变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜中的表达及分布,了解它们与变应性鼻炎之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学 SP 法及 HE 染色对32例变应性鼻炎患者下鼻甲黏膜(变应性鼻炎组)和25例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者下鼻甲黏膜(对照组)标本中的 CCR3及 CXCR4的表达进行检测,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 CCR3和 CXCR4主要表达在鼻黏膜上皮细胞和固有层内浸润的炎性细胞的细胞膜上。变应性鼻炎组 CCR3和 CXCR4的阳性细胞数均显著高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义。结论在变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜组织中存在 CCR3和 CXCR4的过度表达,与变应性鼻炎的关系密切,CCR3和 CXCR4的拮抗剂可能成为一种治疗变应性鼻炎的新方法
Objective To investigate the expression and distribution of CCR3 and CXCR4 in nasal mucosa of patients with allergic rhinitis and to understand the relationship between them and allergic rhinitis. Methods The expressions of CCR3 and CXCR4 in the inferior turbinate mucosa (control group) of 32 cases of allergic rhinitis and 25 cases of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were detected by immunohistochemical SP method and HE staining. Expression was detected and the results were statistically analyzed. Results CCR3 and CXCR4 were mainly expressed on the cell membrane of infiltrating inflammatory cells in nasal mucosa epithelial cells and lamina propria. The number of positive cells of CCR3 and CXCR4 in allergic rhinitis group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Overexpression of CCR3 and CXCR4 exists in the nasal mucosa of patients with allergic rhinitis and is closely related to allergic rhinitis. Antagonists of CCR3 and CXCR4 may become a new method for the treatment of allergic rhinitis
