本文介绍了用发射光谱法进行岩样中铀的定量测定。岩石样品经溶解后制成溶液,然后将其喷入感应耦合等离子体激发光源。对若干条不同类型的谱线进行了研究,并选用了铀378.28nm 发射谱线作分析线,因为这条谱线相对来说不受基体元素谱线的干扰。应用这条谱线选择最佳的光源参数(功率,气体流速,观测高度)测定的实际检出限为0.1ppm。所得分析结果与其它一些分析方法的分析结果作了比较。
This paper describes the quantitative determination of uranium in rock samples by emission spectroscopy. The rock sample is dissolved to form a solution, which is then sprayed into an inductively coupled plasma excitation light source. A number of different types of spectra were studied and the uranium 378.28 nm emission line was selected for analysis because this line is relatively unaffected by the spectrum of the matrix element. The actual detection limit for the determination of the optimum light source parameters (power, gas flow rate, observed height) using this line is 0.1 ppm. The results of the analysis are compared with those of other analytical methods.
