股权激励是一个企业可持续发展重要的部分,可以有效的防止公司高管的短期行为,将公司的发展与高管薪酬紧密的联系在一起。本文通过对目前我国的现状进行分析,针对目前存在的问题进行分析并且提出改进意见。为我国上市公司发展股权激励提供方法,促进上市公司的股权激励发展的完善。
