目的:通过对吉林省长春市养老机构老年人医疗护理需求的调查,充分了解老年人的医疗护理需求,并发现养老机构服务存在的问题,提出相应的对策,从而为完善养老机构的服务工作提供依据。方法:采用随机抽样法对长春市6家养老机构的300位老年人进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷292份,并将数据录入SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果:年龄、个人月收入和自理情况是影响老年人各项需求的重要因素,特别是自理情况,对老年人的各项需求均有显著影响。结论:调查结果说明,养老机构老年人对医疗护理服务需求迫切,但目前养老机构的服务水平仍处于较低阶段。建议:应加强养老机构内基本设施的建设,加大老年人健康知识的宣传力度,加强养老机构护理人员的专业化培养。
OBJECTIVE: Through the investigation of the demand for medical care for the elderly in pension institutions in Changchun, Jilin Province, we can fully understand the medical care needs of the elderly and find out the problems existing in the service of pension institutions and put forward the corresponding countermeasures so as to provide the service for the aged care institutions in accordance with. Methods: A total of 300 seniors from 6 pension institutions in Changchun City were surveyed by random sampling method. 292 valid questionnaires were collected and the data were entered into SPSS 19.0 software for statistical analysis. Results: Age, individual monthly income and self-care are important factors that affect the needs of the elderly. In particular, self-care needs have a significant impact on the needs of the elderly. Conclusion: The survey results show that the elderly in pension institutions are in urgent need of medical care services. However, the service level of pension institutions is still at a relatively low stage. Suggestion: It is necessary to strengthen the construction of basic facilities within pension institutions, increase publicity of health knowledge for the elderly, and strengthen specialized training of nursing staff in pension institutions.
