目的 研究赛庚啶(cyproheptadine,CPH)对胃窦粘膜胃泌素和生长抑素免疫反应细胞(G,D细胞)的影响,探讨其在抑制胃酸分泌方面的作用。方法 采用免疫细胞化学方法检测经4.6mg/kg·d赛庚啶灌胃后大鼠胃窦粘膜中G,D细胞分布及数量上的变化。结果 CPH组两种细胞在胃窦粘膜中的分布无明显改变,但其数量均较对照组显著减少(G细胞:对照组为18.42±2.97,CPH组为11.38±2.29,P<0.01;D细胞:对照组为14.36±2.30,CPH组为8.13±0.81,P<0.01)。结论 赛庚啶对胃窦粘膜G,D细胞均有明显的抑制作用,胃酸减少可能与其它细胞有关。
Objective To study the effect of cyproheptadine (CPH) on gastrin and somatostatin immunoreactive cells (G and D cells) in gastric mucosa of gastric antrum and to explore its role in inhibiting gastric acid secretion. Methods Immunocytochemistry was used to detect the distribution and quantity of G and D cells in antral gastric mucosa of rats fed with 4.6 mg / kg · d cyproheptadine. Results There was no significant change in the distribution of the two kinds of cells in the antral mucosa of CPH group, but the number was significantly decreased compared with the control group (G cells: 18.42 ± 2.97 in the control group and 11.38 ± 2 in the CPH group. 29, P <0.01; D cells: control group, 14.36 ± 2.30, CPH group, 8.13 ± 0.81, P <0.01). Conclusion Cyproheptadine can significantly inhibit the gastric mucosa G and D cells, and the reduction of gastric acid may be related to other cells.
