王新德教授1924年11月生于浙江上虞。1950年毕业于上海医学院,获医学学士学位。1953年赴前苏联医学科学院神经病学研究所攻读研究生,1956年毕业后获医学副博士学泣。回国后任上海第一医学院神经病学教研组助教,附属第一医院(现华山医院)神经科主治医师。1958年任上海第一医学院神经病学教研组副主任、讲师、主治医师。1961年因工作需要,调卫生部北京医院脑系科任副主任,1970年任主任至今。1976年至1978年曾兼任本院老 Professor Wang Xinde was born in Shangyu, Zhejiang Province in November 1924.
