分析说明了单轨吊驱动装置的驱动原理,驱动轮的受力状态;对驱动轮滚动前进所需正压力的来源方式进行了新型设计,给出了原理分析;分析了驱动轮直径尺寸跟所需马达扭矩之间的函数关系,对马达的选型提供了参数依据;给出了正压力传递的关键部件(马达套)的三维立体图,利用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析,根据材料的力学性能与仿真结果验证了设计的可行性。
