目的研究GAP基地龙胆中多糖和龙胆苦苷积累动态与土壤因子的关系。方法分别采用UV法和HPLC法对GAP基地不同月份(5、6、7、8、9月)及不同年生(2、3年)龙胆中多糖和龙胆苦苷的含量进行测定,并进行土壤因子测定,利用SPSS13.0统计法将龙胆多糖和龙胆苦苷与土壤理化性质进行相关性分析。结果 GAP基地龙胆中多糖和龙胆苦苷含量随季节而变化,含量最大值均出现在2年生9月份的龙胆。多糖含量与p H呈负相关性;龙胆苦苷含量与p H和速效磷呈负相关性,与碱解氮呈正相关。结论龙胆多糖和龙胆苦苷与土壤因子有季节动态相关性,为GAP基地龙胆的栽培管理提供了科学依据。
Objective To study the relationship between accumulation of polysaccharides and gentiopicroside in gentian gels and soil factors in GAP base. Methods The content of polysaccharides and gentiopicroside in gentian gentian in different months (5-6, 7, 8 and 9 months) and in different years (2-3 years) of GAP were determined by UV and HPLC respectively. Soil factors were determined by SPSS 13.0 statistical method gentian polysaccharide and gentiopicroside and soil physical and chemical properties of correlation analysis. Results The content of polysaccharides and gentiopicroside in gentian of GAP base varied with the seasons, and the content of gentian was found in the gentian of 2 years old in September. Polysaccharides content and p H was negatively correlated; gentiopicroside content and p H and available phosphorus was negatively correlated, and positively correlated with nitrogen. Conclusion There is a seasonal dynamic correlation between gentian polysaccharides and gentiopicroside and soil factors, which provides a scientific basis for the cultivation and management of gentian gentian.
