本文研究了在Triton X-100存在下金试剂(4,4'-双(二乙氨基)二苯基甲硫酮)与金的显色反应。结果表明,该显色体系的最佳显色酸度为pH3.5—5.6。配合物的组成:金:金试剂=1:4,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.65×10~5(565nm),不稳定常数为K_不=4.79×10~(-22),在25ml体积中,金量在0—20μg范围内符合比尔定律。应用全差示分光光度法研究了不同含量级别金的测定,并采用活性碳富集分离金。制定了全差示光度法测定地质样品中金的方法。该法简单快速,灵敏度高,测定范围广,适用于地质样品中不同含量金的测定。
This article studies the color reaction of a gold reagent (4,4’-bis (diethylamino) diphenyl methylthione) with gold in the presence of Triton X-100. The results showed that the best color-developing acidity of this system was pH 3.5-5.6. The composition of the complexes: gold: gold reagent = 1: 4, apparent molar absorptivity of 1.65 × 10 ~ 5 (565nm), unstable constant K_ = 4.79 × 10 ~ (-22) , The amount of gold in the 0-20μg range in line with Bill’s law. The determination of different levels of gold was studied using full differential spectrophotometry and gold was separated using activated carbon enrichment. A method of determining total gold in geological samples by full differential spectrophotometry was developed. The method is simple and rapid, high sensitivity, wide range of determination, suitable for the determination of different levels of gold in geological samples.
