The goal-oriented teaching theory originated from Bloom’s teaching goal classification theory, a famous American educator and psychologist. In China, Professor Pi Lian-sheng from East China Normal University systematically studied this teaching theory and put forward the goal of “ Oriented ”teaching theory. The theory holds that the teaching goal is the starting point of classroom teaching, which determines the arrangement of teaching contents, the choice of teaching methods and the implementation of teaching evaluation, which also determines the quality of classroom teaching. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to the guiding role of teaching objectives, in the pre-class, class, after school must focus on teaching objectives and actions, which will help the classroom
