目的探讨SBAR沟通模式在转科交接中的应用。方法将120例外科转科交接患者按转科先后顺序随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各60例,为了避免试验组的干扰,特设置对照组为本次SBAR沟通模式培训之前进行。分别由参加本次SBAR沟通模式培训的护理人员完成患者的交接。分别测量转交接的时间、以及护士对交接过程中护士的满意度、患者或家属对连续护理满意度,最后进行统计学分析。结果实验组转科交接过程中护士的满意度、患者或家属对连续护理满意度均较对照组(<0.05)。结论 SBAR沟通交接模式提高了护理质量和家属满意度,规避了医疗风险的发生,保障了患者的安全治疗。“,”Objective To explore the application of SBAR communication model in change one's major handover. Methods According to change one's major order, 120 patients with surgical change one's major handover were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 60 cases in each group. Conclusion SBAR communication transfer mode improves the quality of care and family satisfaction, avoiding medical risks, ensuring the safety of treatment.
