对主施鸡粪和投喂精面粉的3个不同放养密度的卤虫培育池中初级生产力进行研究,结果表明:1#、2#、3#的浮游植物毛产氧量分别为0.21、0.24、0.17gO2/(m2·d);浮游植物群落净产量分别为0.10、0.16、0.05gO2/(m2·d);水呼吸耗氧量分别为0.11、0.13、0.11gO2/(m2·d);P/R系数>1.5,初级生产力极低。
The primary productivity of three Artemia nauplii culture ponds with different manure densities and chicken manure application was studied. The results showed that the gross oxygen production of phytoplankton species 1 #, 2 # and 3 # were 0.21 and 0.24 , 0.17gO2 / (m2 · d), respectively. Net phytoplankton net production was 0.10,0.16,0.05gO2 / (m2 · d), respectively; water respiration oxygen consumption was 0.11,0.13,0.11gO2 / (m2 · d) P / R coefficient> 1.5, very low primary productivity.
